What clinics see
- A nickname we generate, such as Teal-Fig-482.
- Your request: treatment, description, questions, budget range, when you would like to travel, your country, and your city if you chose to add it.
- Only clinics in the regions of Türkiye you picked see it, and at most ten can answer.
What they don't see
- Your name, email address or phone number. We never ask for them.
- Your IP address. We don't store it with your request.
- Other clinics' quotes. Each conversation is private.
Comparing without pressure
- Read each quote and ask follow-up questions in the conversation.
- Shortlist the good ones, mark the others "not for me".
- If a clinic is pushy or rude, block it, or report the message to us.
When you are ready
Each quote comes with the clinic's contact details. Contact the one you chose when it suits you. That is the moment you share your name, your X-rays and your travel dates, and only with that clinic.
- Ask the clinic to confirm the quote in writing once it has your X-ray.
- Agree the deposit and cancellation terms before you pay.
- Keep your dental.holiday account: the written quote stays there for your records.
Remember. Keep your password and recovery code safe. There is no email on your account, so they are the only way back in.
